- Published rates are for advanced reservations only; walk-in rates may vary.
- Children are persons.
- No charge for children 12 and under.
- 6% Maryland Sales Tax & 4.5% Ocean City Room Tax Not Included. A 1/3 deposit is required on all reservations of three nights or more, one night's deposit required on reservations of less than three nights. Deposit must accompany reservation request form, balance due on arrival.
- Reservations are subject to management confirmation.
- Check in time is 4:00pm; Check out time is 11:00am
- If a reservation is canceled 7 days prior to the arrival date, a refund will be issued minus a $25.00 Cancellation Fee. If a reservation is canceled with fewer than 7 day's notice before the arrival date, the deposit is non-refundable.
- 7 days notice required for refund of deposit.
- 48 hours notice required for refund after check-in.
- Parking limited to one space per rental unit.
- All rooms come equipped with a personal safe for your convenience. A nominal per-day fee will be charged regardless of use.
- Please make other arrangements for your pets.
